AI that is wired into your actual day. Set up with you, in person.

I'm Erfan Ghezelbash, a software engineer in Groningen. BashConsulting is how I help people and small companies put AI to work on the things that already fill their day: mail, calendar, meetings, tickets, code. Not a chatbot on the side. A system that knows your work when you open it.

What you get

A SecondBrain: one folder of plain text files your AI reads at the start of every session. Who you are, your rules, what you decided and why, one desk per area of your work and life. It lives on your own machine, it is yours, and it works with any AI you choose.

The part that makes it worth having is the bridges: your real sources pushed into that folder without you typing. Mail triaged and labelled. Calendar read. Meeting notes filed to the right project with the action items pulled out. Tickets and code journals, if you build things. Each bridge is a small, readable skill plus a scheduled run plus a routing rule.

On top, if you want it, a daily digest that does not list what you should do but prepares it: a drafted answer, a comparison, a decision memo, ready for your yes.

How it works

Day one, on site
We sit at your desk and map where your day actually lives. Then we install the core and wire two or three bridges to your own tools. You leave with a system that already knows your week.
The weeks after
A system like this dies in week three if nobody tends it. I stay on, monthly: tune the routing, add a bridge, fix what broke, and keep you honest about using it.
Pricing
A fixed price for the install, a monthly amount for the coached operation. Ask me and I'll tell you the numbers before we meet.
Where
Groningen and the north of the Netherlands in person. Remote is possible, but the first day works better at your desk.

Who this is for

People whose knowledge work is scattered across tools and who have no ops person to gather it: ZZP'ers, solo consultants, small agencies, senior people inside larger companies. If your day is mostly mail, meetings and decisions, this fits. If you need a factory floor automated, it doesn't.

The reference installation: my own

I run this system myself, every day, on my own work: two products in development, a small company to administer, writing, a family. These are the bridges currently wired into it:

What I write about publicly is this installation: what got built, what broke, what it cost. No invented numbers.

About

Ten-plus years in software across Iran and the Netherlands: co-founded two companies, led engineering at a fintech, now senior PHP/Magento developer at a digital agency in Groningen. I build in boring, reliable technology and I write the spec before the code. BashConsulting is a service of BashForward, my own company.
